Notes:
Calibration sheets are in /data/02/bdsn/logs/EQUIPMENT/CALIBRATION/.
Sensors configuration:
From the given template, “Create Equipment and Calibration”. Fill in serial number, vendor, dates, operator, owner, property tag.
CMG-3T-PH: Find calibration sheet page, multiply by 2 for Z,Y,X. Also give mass position (do not multiply by 2).
Fortis-PH: Use numbers for 4g setting on calibration sheet page.
ES-T: Use 4g values on specific module sheets (*8/9.80665). Retrieve data sheets from KMI web site if needed.
SM sensors: Enter input range values (e.g. 4G-mks).
From the given datalogger, “Configure for single-site operation”. Fill in date, wiring template, data stream template, station code.
From Sites, “Create new site”. Fill in net, site lookup code, site type, site name, on date, latitude, longitude, elevation, location description, [vault, city, state, county, country, zip code].
From the given site, “Site level field actions”. Fill in date and select “Install a configured logger and its instruments”.
Select logger (Step 1), sensors (Step 2 – BB (e.g. CMG-3T) #1, SM (e.g. Fortis) #2). Cosmos site information for both BB and SM: “Unknown”, “Unknown”, “3”.
To update the channel epoch, go into 'Field Actions' under 'Site History Links' and click on the date to be edited and change it. This will update all the equipment installation and channel epoch that were closed/opened at that time. If you want to change the Site Epoch on date then go to 'Edit Site Header and Latest Epoch' and change the site epoch on date. Remember this epoch contains channel/equipment installation epochs, so based on whether you are moving the dates back or ahead you need to do one before the other.
